Wendy always loved a party, whether to celebrate a birthday,  or a significant occasion in Normandy Gardens or a Royal celebration in the wider community.  Tea parties, outings, carol singing and street parties- Wendy was up for any of them. One enduring memory is of her dancing with my husband at the Queen 's Jubilee.

We miss Wendy so much and are still shocked at her leaving us so suddenly. We miss her fond farewells when we go away and her warm welcome home, often accompanied by flowers. She has been a great friend to us and to our wider family.
