Wendy was a very special friend. She joined me at Bedford High School when we were 8 years old. She was a boarder as her father was in the RAF.  She was very popular, clever & good at sport. We had so much fun until she left after our O'levels.

We both lived and worked in London and still met up from time to time. She travelled to Mallorca with me where she stayed for many years, working as a holiday rep. She came back with Richard in her mid twenties and they married in St Mary's in Horsham, before returning to that beautiful island. A lot of their friends visited them in Mallorca, including me, I wonder why!

We shared a lot together. Highs and lows. My two girls were her god children and she shared their lives & children when they came a long. She was warm, caring and funny.

We will miss Wendy so much.
